I can think of Kompressionsbehandlung as Compression stocking but when it comes to Beinladen I am at my wits' end.

Explanation:
I think this is what they are talking about - certainly makes sense from the context. If it is more specific in the German, we can automatically assume from the context that they are in the legs.
