German term or phrase: Aloe Activator Fleur
I believe this is Hungarian. A cousin of mine from Albania, has asked me to buy this over the counter medication (I believe is something for the skin, or maybe just a lotion). I do not know what Fleur is in English. Please help me if you know exactly what it is, so I can buy him the right thing.
Thank you very much in advance.
Monika
p.s. I do not speak Hungarian, so please write your comments in English.

Explanation:
"fleur" is French for "flower"
Aloe is a popular raw material for cosmetics (Aloe Vera). I think "fleur" is just added for marketing purposes (product image, etc.)
