German term or phrase: 1er/2er Pinsel
This is a text about make-up brushes. They are otherwise referred to as Größe (which I have translated as Size). The only problem is, I'm not sure what the difference is supposed to be between Größe and -er (I don't need the name of the brushes - I know this already)I suspect the same term may also be used for paint brushes:

Auch eine Auswahl an Flachpinseln, speziell für längere gerade Linien (Größe 4) und
zum Ausmalen großer Flächen (Größe 16) gehören zur erweiterten Grundausstattung.
Schließlich empfehlen wir noch einen 1er Rundpinsel - für ganz dünne Schnörkel und
zarte Ornamente – und einen 2er Katzenzungen-Pinsel speziell zum Dekorieren der
Lippen.
