Does anyone know what this term should be in English beyond just a simple "facial"? Or is "facial" sufficient? My text mentions a "Thermolifting Modellage" for face and decollété.

Nach der Reinigung der Haut werden Ampullenkonzentrat und Pflegecreme satt aufgetragen und anschliessend die zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch geschmeidige Masse der Modellage. Im Laufe der Einwirkzeit von ca. 30 Minuten erwärmt sich die Modellage, die Poren der Haut öffnen sich - die Pflegeprodukte und ihre Wirkstoffe werden optimal aufgenommen - und sie härtet aus. Die Temperatur fällt wieder - die Poren können sich schliessen.

Als, demnach würde ich es, wie Du schon selbst vorgeschlagen hast, einfach \"facial mask\" verwenden.
