Der rechnerische Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit großenteils nur die Versteckaktionen der Jahre 2003 und 2004. Die Institute gehen davon aus, dass wegen Hartz IV im Durchschnitt etwa 201.000 Personen mehr gezählt werden, was den 230.000 Arbeitslosen entpricht, auf deren Registrierung in 2003 und 2004 verzichtet wurde.
Can anyone give me any info about what these "Versteckaktionen" refer to? |
