Gewerkschaften begegnet man mit Achselzucken. Bevor man sich auf Arbeitskämpfe einlässt, unterschreibt man den Tarifvertrag. Ruhe an der Front ist das Wichtigste, denn man will sich bei seinen Verlagerungsplänen nicht stören lassen.

Je höher die Löhne, desto mehr verschiebt man die
Gewichte bei der Mischkalkulation gen Osten und kommt so über die Runden.

Unit price contracts for works construction shall be priced on the basis of unit prices quoted by bidders after correction of computation errors, and maintaining the total bid price and changing unit prices in accordance to official cost estimates (“compensatory pricing”) is not acceptable.

Compensatory pricing rests on the foundation that price floors prevent cross-subsidization and price ceilings prevent the exploitation of the monopolist's customers. When the monopolist produces more than one service, price floors are determined by the combinatorial form of the cross-subsidization test as proposed by Gerald Faulhaber. Faulhaber’s test requires that the prices of any combination of services must satisfy two criteria. First, the price of each service in the combination must equal or exceed its average incremental cost. Second, the prices of all services in the combination of services under consideration must yield revenue that is equal to or greater than the incremental cost of the combination. The combinatorial test form for price ceilings is less demanding than the combinatorial test form for price floors. The former requires only that the prices of each combination of the monopolist's services cannot cause the monopolist to receive revenue from the sale of that combination that exceeds the stand-alone cost of that combination of services.

Explanation:
No supplement for difficult texts
We don’t apply a difficulty supplement, as a matter of principle, since the assessment of the difficulty of a text to be translated is purely subjective. Some texts, of course, call for more comprehensive and time-consuming terminology research than others. Since our prices are based on a generalised calculation, this work is already factored into the price.

Die Berechnung eines Schwierigkeitszuschlags lehnen wir prinzipiell ab, da die Beurteilung der Schwierigkeit eines zu übersetzenden Textes rein subjektiv ist. Natürlich verlangen bestimmte Texte umfangreichere und zeitaufwändigere Terminologierecherchen als andere. Da unsere Preise auf einer Mischkalkulation basieren, ist dieser Aufwand in den Preisen berücksichtigt.
