Diese Länder rücken Deutschland damit institutionell über sinkende Handelshemmnisse näher. Diese institutionelle Vorgabe macht sich vor allem im Zusammenspiel mit der guten wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Handelspartner positiv bemerkbar. Diesbezüglich befindet sich Deutschland in der vorteilhaften Lage, im nahen Umfeld wirtschaftsstarke Handelspartner zu haben.
I wasn't sure if Vorgabe in this sense could be translated at "parameter" - it didn't sound quite right to me. Any ideas?
