I have no idea what they mean by "arbeitstätig" - has anyone come accross the term and can help? Thanks in advance - and Happy Easter! |
| | Clarification request(s) and responseBrigitteHilgner: 10:10am Mar 28, 2005: Have a look at Austrian statistics - "arbeitstätig" seems to be an Austrian/ Swiss word for "berufstätig". - Ian M-H: 10:35am Mar 28, 2005: Can you give a little more context? Whose statistics are these (e.g. government, ILO...)? The text suggests adjustment (not modification!) in respect of people employed on a seasonal basis ("seasonally adjusted"), but a sentence or two more wouldn't hurt. - Ian M-H: 4:15pm Mar 28, 2005: @ Brigitte: Yes, I've seen it in the context you mention too, but in this case I think it's just a typo (see below). -
