German term or phrase: Lern- und Arbeitsmittel in elektronischer Form

From a Studienvertrag for an MBA course in Germany to be held in English for Chinese students:
Die Business School verpflichtet sich insbesondere für die Studierenden Lern- und Arbeitsmittel in elektronischer Form zur Verfügung zu stellen, soweit diese zur Erreichung des Studienzieles notwendig sind (nicht marktgängige Literatur).

I know what they mean with Lernmittel but can't put my finger on an appropriate phrase. I thought of "learning material in digital form" but am not sure. Could Arbeitsmittel in elektronischer Form be work equipment (access to computers and online resources)?

It sounds a little more natural to reverse the order of 'Lern-' and 'Arbeits-'

Explanation:
Lernmittel are learning resources; Arbeitsmittel are just resources, ie things you use to get a job done. So I suggest using "other" to avoid repetition.
