German term or phrase: Fortbildungsprüfung

Es handelt sich um ein Prüfungszeugnis der IHK über die bestandene "Fortbildungsprüfung zum geprüften Requisiteur" (den Beruf würde ich, ich glaube ich, als set decorator wiedergeben). Auf der Rückseite befindet sich ein kurzer Erklärungstext in jeweils mehreren Sprachen, darunter En; doch hier geht es im Dt plötzlich um "Weiterbildung" ("dieses Zeugnis ist...ausgestellt .. als Nachweis über den erfolgreichen Abschluss einer Weiterbildungsprüfung..."), und im En heißt es dann "having completed a course of further training".
Laut Kundin war ihre Ausbildung eher einem Studium ähnlich, sie hat 2 Jahre gedauert und bei der Aufnahme musste man entw. einen 2 Jahre langen Volontariat bei einem Fernsehsender oder 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung nachweisen.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn - die Kundin, die selbst ganz gut En kann, meinte "course of further education" / Fortbildung könnte sich u.U. nach einem 2-Wochen Kurs anhören, und könne man denn nicht eine andere Bezeichnung verwenden, die der Dauer und dem Umfang ihrer Ausbildung besser entspreche.

In dem Zusammenhang möchte ich nun Sie, liebe Kollegen, um Rat bitten.
