University of Applied Sciences

Explanation:
This is the correct translation that is used nowadays everywhere (also at my university).
The name of my university is Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH)-University of Applied Sciences (see:http://www.hs-zigr.de)
Other German FHs use this term, too. See also http://www.htw-dresden.de (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden -FH),http://www.htwm.de (Fachhochschule Mittweida) and so on.
