Ingeborg Gowans: 12:21pm Nov 15, 2006: could it be an exit breaker? really not sure. try to do some more googling..
Ingeborg Gowans: 12:53pm Nov 15, 2006: collector fuse sounds more like it.. can you check with the client??
Ken Cox: 2:33pm Nov 15, 2006: absolut
Ken Cox: 2:36pm Nov 15, 2006: 'load-side protective devices' wäre auch möglich (etwas fachchinesisch)

output / branch circuit protection (device)
Explanation:
If the 'collector fuse' translation comes from www.pfisterer.com/download_download/d_2449.pdf, my comment is that it is a rather free translation and 'collector' is very specific to the application in question in that document (overhead electrical power distribution for trams or railcars).

Also, there's a fundamental problem with translating 'Sicherung' as 'fuse', since it can just as well be a circuit breaker.

outgoing feeder fuse(s)

Explanation:
The famous HRC (High Rupturing Capacity) fuses are used for that purpose. The said circuit breakers are not meant here, being much more expensive, and there seems to be no technical need for teh latter.
