The German text says Geschwindigkeit, so that gives you the liberty to rephrase this to rates in English, i.e.

You can adjust the rate for taking pictures to:
1/30 s = 30 pictures per second

Your suggestion gave me the way to go but when I checked with the customer they came up with something different:
1/30 = 2 x a second
1/15 = 4 x a second
1/7.5 = 8 x a second.

Maybe you can work out the maths...
