agree  Ken Cox: How could I disagree? IMO the main question here is the operational difference between 'angelegt' (applied) and 'gestellt' (*probably* 'set').

  -> Thanks. I think the "gestellt" comes most likely from some switch position or alike. So, "set" seems to be the closest equivalent.
agree  Richard Stephen: I think "angelegt" and "gestellt" are synomyms here. "Stellen" also means "supply" or "apply".

  -> Thank you, Richard. Maybe "gestellt" is the abbreviated form of "zur Verfügung gestellt", which means supply as well.
