24 Volt what? I'm sure it doesn't mean "Reliable 24 volt wind turbines", but "Reliable 24 volts in wind turbines" doesn't seem to make any sense. Surely there has to be something else (another noun)?

Explanation:
Gemeint ist, dass im Maschinenhaus der WKA eine zuverlässige (unterbrechungsfreie) 24-V-Spannungsversorgung existiert. Warum also nicht "reliable 24 V in ..." ?

Asker: So klingt es wie losgelöst auf Englisch, ich gleibe, man muss spezifiescher sein, also "Reliable 24 volt power supply for wind turbines" oder "Reliable 24 volt UPS for wind turbines". Da passt 'in' auch nicht.

Asker: Die Volt sind ja nicht das, was Zuverlässig ist...

agree  jccantrell: I agree here. Cars used to be 6VDC, now 13.8V and there are discussions of 42 and 100V to provide higher reliability for the many loads, so I go with this interpretation of using a whole system laid out for 24 V. This would include all the components.
