German term or phrase: Langzeitstörer
H-Brücke in DME) durchzuführen.

long-term interfering signal
Explanation:
or "continuous interfering signal" might work in this context.
I found the second term as a translation for "Dauerstörer" in this document: http://www.brauntelecom.de/main/katalog.pdf

I could not really locate the term Langzeitstörer in a matching context on the web. The difference between "Langzeitstörer" and "Dauerstörer" per your sample sentences seems to be the "Grenzwertklasse" value which seem to be "3" and "5" respectively. But since I do not know how the 2 paragraphs are related, or if they are related at all, both terms might actually mean the same, i.e. Langzeitstörer might be used as synonym for Dauerstörer. If not, then I would use "long-term..." for "Langzeit..." and "continuous..." for "Dauer..."
