Explanation:
The exact sense is endowment. In this case it refers to upper class oven models that enjoy a lot of features. As the term is somewhat clumsy in this situation I would go towards high-end or state-of-the art

Explanation:
The more I read this, the more I think the author is trying to say "high capacity soldering oven".

Ernst gives "populate" as one meaning for "bestücken". It is possible that the author was thinking something along the lines of "soldering oven where you can put a whole bunch of stuff in at once".

But then again, who can figure out engineers? :-)
