Auf Anweisung der Prozessbevollmächtigten hat XXX eine Veränderungsbetrachtung bei der Ableitung der Annpassungsforderung zugrundegelegt.

This is an expert opinion regarding a price adjustment claim from the natural gas industry that is being arbitrated. This term comes up several times and is connected to the experts' commercial analysis of the claim. There is a Veränderungsbetrachtung and a Stichpunktbetrachtung. And in the Veränderungsbetrachtung both Anpassungsmaßstäbe and Korrekturmaßstäbe are used. There must be a set phrase for Veränderungsbetrachtung, but I have been using adjustment and correction parameters (benchmarks?).
