German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Energy / Power Generation / biogas generation
German term or phrase: Faulsuspension
This is an item on a list of vocabulary from biogas generation for translation. I have no further context.

Where it appears in other sources it appears to refer to decomposed matter in the exhausted substrate from which biogas has been generated. Does anyone know a concise English translation of the term?

Thanks in advance (and with apologies for the lack of context).
