From references to "mischen" in relation to remote control helicopters, where it means to trim the rotor blades (eg "Diese Abstimmung der Anlenkungen (Mischung) kann senderseitig durch sogenannte Helimischer oder Taumelscheibenmischer erfolgen") I suspect the term might also mean "trim" here in the context of adjusting the turbine blades?
The term "trim book" does come up often in connection with adjusting sails on ships (although apparently not in wind turbine texts). Hope this might give you some clue to work on!

Oh. Apologies. I guess you've found the references to "composite repairs" on wind turbine maintenance sites. Eg "Courses are provided by blade manufacturers, which are keen to preserve a good service reputation for their products by seeing that they are properly maintained. [...]a three-day course designed to impart basic composite repair skills.

Asker: Thanks for the info. Judith, but the customer also says it is to record/log mixtures of materials used. I was thinking of "composite log/record", but unsure whether composite is correct in this instance.

Explanation:
"mischen" means "to mix" but also "to add". So, after the repair, the actions undertaken and the materials used are written down in a logbook for future references.

to add: mische seinen Jubel ein (Schiller, Ode an die Freude)

Probably the repair contains out of painting. So the batch -and chargenumbers of the paint need to be logged in order to get the same color or consistency in future repairs.
So "mix table" might be accurate as well.

Asker: Thanks for your help. I went for "mixing log book" in the end which is similar to your suggestion, only I had unfortunately already used it before you posted your suggestion, so I can't really give you points. Sorry.
Asker: I'm sorry you feel that way freekfluweel but my deadline for the project was for 14 h so I had to go with my own translation. I still don't feel that mine is the definitive one, in fact, I'm pretty sure there is a more exact term and I had hoped that somebody might have come up with the specific term. I appreciate your efforts but as I said I did actually go with something different. Please don't be offended.
