Respectively flow behaviour, if it's British English. Your flow characteristics or even flow properties would also be fine although that would be more towards "Fließeigenschaften".

Given your references, I think you were closest, so points to you but it would be good if you entered T.B. into the glossary, provided, of course, you do not strongly disagree.
