Die Blockierüberwachung ist standardmäßig auf folgende Werte voreingestellt:

Solldrehzahl: 100 min-1
Abschaltverzögerung: 0,1 s
Anlaufüberbrückung: 1,5 s

Am Stillstandswächter und am Zeitrelais können die Einstellungen verändert werden.

Einstellmöglichkeiten:

- Grenzwert der überwachten Drehzahl aus folgenden Einzelwerten
o Grenzwert 0,5…10 min-1 GW
o Faktor für den Grenzwert in Stufen 1, 10, 100 FG
o Faktor aus Bereichsbrücke FB
(Kontakte 13/14 offen: FB = 3; Kontakte 13/14 gebrückt: FB = 10)
o Anzahl der zur Signalgabe verwendeten Messstifte X

Der Drehzahlgrenzwert ergibt sich wie folgt:
nG = GW × FG × FB / X

- Abschaltverzögerung 0,1…30 s
Es wird empfohlen, die Abschaltverzögerung stets auf den Minimalwert einzustellen.

- Anlaufüberbrückung 0,8 s … 12 min
Da die im Stillstandswächter integrierte Anlaufüberbrückung nur sehr grob einstellbar ist, ist diese deaktiviert (Kontakte 15/16 nicht gebrückt). Die Anlaufüberbrückungszeit wird am Zeitrelais eingestellt.

Sounds to me like this "motor jammed" monitor is to be bypassed when starting so I might go with something like this.

You might also use "speed {range} change bypass" or some such.
