German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering: Industrial / noise insulation
German term or phrase: Kammerblech / Anströmprofile
Schalldämmkulissen (noise insulation frames) können in zahlreichen Varianten mit Kammerblech oder Anströmprofilen gefertigt werden.

The two words that are sticking me are "Kammerblech" and "Anströmprofilen". I see there is a KudoZ answer for "Kammerblech" - "control plate" - but I don't think that works here.

Abstract of JP2005003355 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for an improved process generating turbulence to liquid or gas product stream or adjusting the temperature. SOLUTION: This device is a housing into which at least two turbulence elements 2, 2' are removably inserted functioning so as to generate turbulence when the flow passes through the housing, by reducing the hollow flow section of the housing by forming three-dimensional lattice in the flow direction.

inflow section (profile) Anströmprofil
comb-shaped housing plates / turbulence elements
but "comb-shaped" would be "kammförmig"
"Kammer" by itself = "housing"
