Funktion der Hydrozyklone:
Die zu reinigende Flüssigkeit strömt über den seitlich oben tangential angeordneten Eintrittstutzen in das Hydrozyklongehäuse ein.
In der Sammelkammer lagern sich die Feststoffe ab, die zyklisch mit einer kleinen Teilflüssigkeitsmenge über ein Ventil ausgetragen werden.
Der Austrag erfolgt automatisch zeitgesteuert und wird zum Bandfilter abgeleitet.
