German term or phrase: Regelprüfung
Under the heading "maintenance": Wartungsarbeiten an den Antrieben sind nicht nötig. Eine Regelprüfung der Funktion gemäß der Sicherheitsanforderungen der Anlage ist anzuraten.

I'm not sure if this means an official inspection by TÜV or similar, or if it is just a check according to some official guidelines (nach einem Regelwerk). Perhaps it is a code-based inspection, although that smacks of computer code?
I have found it translated as a regular or routine check which would also make sense in the context.
