The first part is clear; the sentence that I put in brackets is what I'm asking for suggestions on, this is what I came up with: A stable connection is produced from this configuration: the coupling resulting from the bearing of the load is made secure, since a reinforcement arises at the connection point in conjunction with the hook 8. Is there anybody more technically- minded out there who can polish this sentence up for me?
