German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering (general) / Mobile industrial vacuum system
German term or phrase: Sachkundigenprüfung
From the operating instructions for an industrial vacuum cleaner.
----
Der Hersteller oder eine ausgebildete Person muss mindestens jährlich eine technische Überprüfung durchführen, die aus der Überprüfung der Filter, Luftdichtheit der Maschine und des richtigen Funktionierens der Kontrolleinrichtung besteht, gemäß **Sachkundigenprüfung** nach EN 60335-2-69, Anhang AA
----
I think the 'gemäß' is tripping me up here, anyway one of those where you know what it means, but can't think of the appropriate English phrase (or I can't at least!). Anybody feeling more inspired?

TIA, Stephen

Explanation:
is how I'd get out of it; "gemäß" and "nach" (in its "according to/ in accordance with" meaning) so often fall together in one phrase, that it's not always easy to find a way out, but I think this works here.
