German term or phrase: turbulenztauglich
Title of research:
"Agile turbulenztaugliche Prozesse für wissens- und technikintensive Organisationen"
(more context here:

The only thing I've come up with so far is "able to withstand turbulence". Can anyone think of anything more concise and to the point?

TIA

turbulence-tolerant / tolerant towards turbulences
Explanation:
Maybe "turbulence-tolerant" or "tolerant towards turbulences" would work? Similar to "change-tolerant". Turbulence" is indeed a technical term used in the context of agile programming and related processes, so I would definitely try to build this in.

complexity robustness

Explanation:
This has little to do with turbulence. It has to do with processes that incorporate complex systems and have to be able to execute, probably under very dynamic conditions. Googling the term seems to come up with related topics. Hope this helps.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks very much for your suggestion. How would you incorporate this into the sentence? "... processes with complexity robustness"?

Asker: Thanks

neutral  philgoddard: i haven't found any Google hits for this phrase, but "robustness" works well on its own.

-> The German reference the asker referred to as defining the term in question talks directly to systems being characterized by complexity. Robustness alone will not do it, as it is too vague.
