German term or phrase: „Nasen“
Zudem weisen sowohl Kathode als auch Anode an den Stirn¬seiten des Halbleiterbauelements der Beklagten zwei „Nasen“ auf, bei denen es sich um die Enden der Externen Anschlüsse handelt.

I am having difficulty with the above sentence; I have translated it in several ways, but it does not seem to convey the true meaning.


Can someone help put this in a clearer order? ( two night shifts in a row and coffee is no longer the answer :(

Moreover, cathode and anode both have two protrusions at the face(front/frontal portion) of the respondent's semiconductor element, which (protrusions) represent, in fact, the ends of the external connectors. (hope this helps), Kind regards
