Explanation:
I think this is what is meant, the word doesn't appear in German, so I'd say probably the "Durchdreh" bit refers to the slipping of a torque tool (spanner etc.), and that the "stange" is usually given as "-barre" oder so ähnlich. Not that the bar itself "dreht durch", but that it is designed manually to drive a piece of equipment like a ratchet socket or torque socket, etc.
