Die restlichen 30% kommen in die Konkursmasse und werden nach Abzug der Masseforderungen (Konkurskosten, Steuern und Gebühren) und der ***Arbeitsansprüche*** unter den restlichen Gläubigern nach ihren Klassen aufgeteilt (wieder nach dem Prinzip 70-30: 70% für die erste Klasse: gew. Arbeitnehmeransprüche, Pensionsforderungen, Unterhaltsansprüche, 30% sind sonstige Forderungen) aufgeteilt, wobei der Absonderungsberechtigte an der Verteilung mit seinem nicht abgefundenen Teil wieder teilnimmt.
