I think this just means that XXXX has done more than was expected by putting forward a company as the vehicle for the marketing activities, but I'm not sure whether this is seen as a good thing, ie being extra helpful, or a bad thing, jumping the gun or trying to bump up the value of the payment for the shares.
Could you give some more context, in particular what is the 'Betrachtung'?
