Bis zur Zuteilung des Bausparvertrages bezahlen Sie eine feste monatliche Rate, bestehend aus *Bausparbetrag* plus Kreditzinsen."

*Bausparbetrag* klingt nach Spareinlage und ist doch eher eine Tilgung. Wie übersetze ich das hier?

Bausparvertrag habe ich "building loan contract" genannt.

With the exception of the word "savings," this definition is taken straight from Dietl/lorenz (5th ed.). I think you could get away with just using "savings contribution," but you may want to add a explanatory footnote.

Dietl/Lorenz provides the following translations for "Bausparkasse: (state regulated) home savings bank (or institution); Br (etwa) building society; Am (etwa) savings and loan association."
