agree  casper: How is a 'follow-up auction' different from a 'follow-on auction', I wonder? // Yes, your references are good

  -> I think essentially they are the same thing Chetan, I chose 'follow-up' because it got significantly more Google hits, and also the context in which 'follow-up' was used was, IMO, more relevant to the context of Caitriona's 'Anschlussauktion'.//Thanks!!
