Soweit der Ausscheidende mit dem Abfindungsbetrag im ***Anrechnungsverfahren*** anrechnungs- und vergütungsberechtigt ist, vermindert sich der Abfindungsbetrag mit der Maßgabe, dass Abfindung und Anrechnungs- und Vergütungsbetrag den Betrag nach dem vorherigen Satz ergeben.
