I am not sure which can be used more appropriately within the context. Clearing and settlement is alo another possibility but settlement has been used. Clearing is also another risk since to clear a transaction the bank has to bear the risk of not receiving the funds from the trusted source. |

| Grading comment I selected this as being most inclusive, as imo the context is ambiguous about what is meant, and does not seem to indicate admin failure sufficiently to justify "operations risk". Thanks Kcda and Richard!
