Ich fand einige Beispiele aus dem englischen Sprachraum, wie "A loan shall be repaid by an annuity of principal and interest combined and all payments shall be made ..."

"Annuity" heißt aber grundsätzlich etwas anderes.
Gibt es da einen kurzen und bündigen Ausdruck?

Explanation:
'Tilgung' is repayment, and for the rest see e.g.:

constant annual principal and interest repayment / Annuität / annuité / annuità
The annual payment made by a borrower, consisting of an amortization of principal and an interest component. This payment remains unchanged throughout the entire repayment period. As the debt is worked down the interest payments are gradually reduced, while the principal repayment rate increases.
