Asker: Here is the proper definiton for the term I am looking for:
ANSCHLUSSZESSION: Begriff des Rechts der Kreditsicherung; sie greift dann Platz, wenn Waren (-bestände) durch Sicherheitenvertrag ( idR an eine Bank) zur Sicherheit übereignet worden sind und der Sicherungsgeber nach dem Inhalt des Sicherungsvertrags zur Weiterveräußerung gegen Abtretung der Kundenforderung ermächtigt ist. Die Abtretung der die Sicherungsware substituierenden Kundenforderung ist die "Anschlusszession".
