Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Vehicle Leasing Agreement | | German term or phrase: Abrechnung | There are quite a few meanings for this word, but I am not totally certain which is the right one here. It appears as a section heading in a vehicle leasing agreement. For greater context, I'll quote the first three sentences that follow:
"Der Mitarbeiter ist gehalten, die ihm für Treibstoff, Öl etc. entstandenen Aufwendungen soweit möglich über die zur Verfügung gestellte ASL Servicecard abzurechnen. Einzelbelege werden quartärlich abgerechnet. Notwendige Wartungsarbeiten sowie Reparaturen werden direkt mit ASL abgerechnet. "
As you can see, forms of this word occur regularly in these sentences!
I think it's probably "invoicing" or "making a statement", but would appreciate your thoughts. |
