Context:

From a description of a changes to a Swiss bank's process for handling travelers cheques. Final slide is headed 'Contact Points for questions' and is as follows:

- Produkt Manager: (Person's name and department stated)
- Homepage: (Intranet website stated)

Business Risk Manager: Bei Fragen zu Kunden mit Domizil Ausland (entsprechende Kommunikation folgt)

Swiss German if that is any help. I haven't found even a single google. Ideas?

Explanation:
I suppose it's "Spick" that's causing a problem for you, rather than "Abwicklung". A "Spick" in Swiss German is short for "Spickzettel". However, I don't think "cheat sheet" would go over well in an banking context... ;-)
