Nicht der Kläger war es der das von ihm eingezahlte Geld (zum größsten Teil) an Dritte "abverfügt" hat, sondern die unbekannten Betrüger, die under dem Namen des Klägers ein Bezahlkonto bei der Beklagten eingerichtet und es geschafft haben, den vom Kläger eingezahlten Betrag diesem Konto zuzuführen, um alsdann über dieses Konto Verfügungen zu Gunsten Dritter über das Geld treffen zu können.
