German term or phrase: auf Ebene
Context: "eine Portfolioverwaltungsgebühr wird nicht auf Ebene meines Depots, sondern durch Gebühren für die Gestion dieses Finanzinstruments in diesem selbst verrechnet."
Does this mean that "the fee will be deducted not from my account (auf Ebene meines Depots), but within the financial instrument itself"?
"From" seems a strange translation of "auf Ebene", but I can't think what else to use.
