The article talks about cost savings and making life easier for both customer and advisor. The next paragraph talks about seamlessly integrating info from a large number of sources(including the stock market) into a powerful service management platform.

There is also the concept of "virtual prices" where a service is offered for free but given a nominal value in order to make the customer more appreciative of what they are getting. I think this might fit better as this is about "services" offered.
