Well Mara, it is the pricing for a unit. So I dont know how much text around it you need. e.g.
The pricing for the unit is:
Preis (EK inkl. 26,6 % ohne MwSt.):
for 2 electric motors, all fittings and three tanks. Does this make a difference how you evaluate the EK abreviation???

@Phil, yes I too thought it might be wrong in the German. I have now passed that question on to the client. I will let you know what he comes up with since we do have entries in ProZ for different EK abbreviations and here to we are not sure. Thanks to all!!!

I think there's something wrong with the German, and I'd query it. As you say, it's not clear what the 26.6% is.

Hi guys, thanks for your help. It is within a price list of large machinery. So pricing is in the hundred thousand of Euros for this. I thought of Einkauf preis meaning purchase price but it makes no sense to me when I see Ek inkl. 26.6% percent of what and without VAT. Einzelpreis could be it since there are units within each plant resp. piece of machinery with extras but still the incl. 26 percent got me confused.

In my co-op EK is Einzelkauf as opposed to GK, Gebindekauf. Perhaps single order?
