Audit report concerning a Formation Agreement for an operating company with share capital provided by a Government and XX, a German company. The German company is then going to transfer shares (einen Einmalanteil) to another company.

"wobei XX vereinbarungsgemaess einen *Einmalanteil* von 10 % = XX Mio. Euro an den industriellen Partner des Projekts XXX XXXX Inc uebertragen hat.

Hope the context is sufficient. The document's a scan, so I can't cut and paste here. Plse let me know if more context is needed.

I'm not getting any google hits, even, on "Einmalanteil". What sort of share/equity might it be? Help gratefully received.
