Der interne Zins ist der Zins in % p.a. der Leasingforderung nach der Definition der International Accounting Standards (IAS) wie er sich für den Vertragsbestand in der betrachteten Periode ergibt.

The text I am translating gives "Yield" as the translation for this term. I was wondering if this is the correct term as there seem to be lots of alternatives, "internal interest", "internal rate of return" etc.
I presume there is also an IAS-specific English term for this.

agree  Steffen Walter: "interner Zins" might be short for "interner Zinsfuß", which is the equivalent of "internal rate of return" (IRR).
