Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Bondstripping | | German term or phrase: Anleihe-Stammrecht | Hier geht es um Altverluste und Bondstripping. In diesem Zusammenhang ist mir nicht klar, wie man Anleihe-Stammrecht übersetzen kann. Hat jemand hoffentlich eine Idee? Hier etwas Kontext:
Eine Möglichkeit den Verlustvortrag über das Jahr 2013 hinaus zu retten, bietet das „Bondstripping“. Hierfür ist es (auf Grundlage der gegenwärtigen Marktverhältnisse) notwendig, für einen Zeitraum von etwa einem halben Jahr rund € 16 Mio. in eine Anleihe (beispielsweise eine deutsche Bundesanleihe) zu investieren. Der Gewinn aus dem Verkauf der Zinsscheine wird mit den Altverlusten verrechnet und bleibt somit steuerfrei. Der Verlust aus dem späteren Verkauf des ANLEIHE-STAMMRECHTS wird vorgetragen und kann in späteren Jahren genutzt werden. |
