English translation:accrual limits
Explanation:
I think we are talking more in a financial/P&L sense here. Our banking systems accrue interest & fees for e.g. loans and deposits and post to the relevant internal accounts so that the P&L is always up to date. This is probably for the accounting system of a company, but I'd still stick with accrual, because a deferral of interest would mean that it is paid at a later point while accrual means that the interest is calculated so that one knows what is due to be paid or received and allows for these amounts in projections, forecasts, etc.

Thanks. In the actual translation I used threshold value because I wasn't 100% sure if accrual or defferal limit was meant and wanted to leave it open, but can follow your argument about why accrual is the most likely option.

threshold values

Explanation:
I indicated a low confidence level because context is needed in order to understand this term.

"Abgrenzungslimite" could be a threshold value for distinguishing between two categories. For example:

" ... kann eine Ausgabe mit Investitionscharakter der laufenden Rechnung belastet werden, wenn sie die festgelegte Limite nicht übersteigt ... muss eine Ausgabe mit Investitionscharakter der Investitionsrechnung belastet werden, sobald die Abgrenzungslimite überschritten wird."

Do you have any context?
