Thanks Steffen, you've touched the heart of the matter! I started with "entity", as it works in the first sentence. However when they list the different options in the second sentence, "entity" becomes less appropriate, as the Konstrukte listed are more or less funds.

I don't know why, but I had shunned away from using two different translations for Konstrukte in the text. Now it suddenly seems feasible to use "entity" first and perhaps even "form" in the second.

Any thoughts?
