Zentrales Argument gegen den Verkauf von Unternehmensanteilen ist oft der befürchtete „scheibchenweise Verkauf des Unternehmens“. Dieses ist aber nur bedingt richtig. Denn der Unternehmer wird grundsätzlich nicht dazu gezwungen sein, Vollgesellschaftsanteile wie beispielsweise GmbH-Anteile oder Aktien auszugeben.

'Vollgesellschaft' can refer to a number of things but this term is meant in opposition to Genussscheine, Vorzugsaktien or other securities which do not give the purchaser any significant say in the actual running/disposition of the business ie you can raise non-debt capital without ceding control of the business

maybe just 'voting shares' depending on context
